An Intimate Look at the Music

Not every performance needs a stage or an audience. Many of these recordings are made in the quiet surroundings of my office, living room, or home studio, where the focus is entirely on the music itself.
 

These sessions provide an opportunity to explore songs, arrangements, and ideas in a relaxed setting, free from distractions. They often feature solo performances, duos, and small ensemble recordings that emphasize the dynamics, touch, timing, and space that define Early Electric Blues (1937–1953).
 

While the setting may be informal, the musical goal remains the same: to honor the original recordings through thoughtful interpretation rather than imitation. These performances offer a closer listen to the subtle details that can easily be overlooked in louder or more crowded environments.
